About the event
The annual cruise is headed west this year, with visits to Block Island, Coecles Harbor, Sag Harbor, Fishers Island, and Dutch Harbor. PLEASE READ THE CRUISE GUIDE BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM SO THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED ON EACH PORT, MOORING/SLIP/ANCHORING OPTIONS, AND GROUP GATHERINGS AND MEALS. You can join us for the entire cruise or just a portion. Later in this signup process, you can tell us which harbors you plan to visit. But first, below, please reserve a mooring for Block Island if that is something you want. You can also let us know if you plan to attend various dinners for which we must provide a headcount beforehand. Finally, you can sign up for drink-of-the-day if you want to drink cocktails provided by the Club during the cruise.

Block Island Mooring Fee
Block Island Pre-Reserved Mooring Fee. $55 plus a $1 landing fee for the first night and $55 for the second night. By purchasing this ticket, we will add you to the list of boats that want a mooring reserved for them in Block Harbor's Great Salt Pond. More information on your mooring assignment will be provided a few days before the cruise.

Block Dinner 7/13 5:30 Seating
On Sunday 7/13, we will meet for dinner at Dead Eye Dick's in two seatings, each for twenty guests, at 5:30 PM and 6:15 PM. Participants will order from the menu and pay at the table. If you want to come to the dinner at the 5:30 PM seating, RSVP by purchasing as many free tickets as you need for your group for the appropriate seating.

Block Dinner 7/13 6:15 Seating

Rams Head Inn Dinner 7/15
On Tuesday, July 15, we will have a group dinner at The Rams Head Inn. This restaurant is on Coecles Harbor, a 1.3 NM dingy ride from Coecles Harbor Marina & Boatyard to the Rams Head Inn dock, where we can leave our dinghies. We will meet at 5:45 for drinks and dinner at 6:30. We will order off the menu and pay at the table. There will be options for vegetarians, gluten-free diners, and children. If you want to come to this dinner, please purchase (free) tickets to RSVP.

Sag Harbor Dinner
We will gather for a group dinner at Il Cappuccino in Sag Harbor on Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Cruisers should select their entrees here by choosing which (free) tickets they select for their crew. For adults, the dinner will cost $60 per person and include a three-course meal (salad, rolls, entrée, dessert, coffee/tea, tax, and tip). Drinks will be ordered separately. Kids can order off the Children's Menu. Cruisers will pay for their meals at the table on the night of the dinner.

Drink of the Day
As part of the cruise, BYC will provide a drink-of-the-day in Coecles Harbor, Fishers Island, and Dutch Harbor, where the group will gather for a cocktail hour or potluck dinner. If you want to partake in the drink-of-the-day, please purchase as many tickets as needed to cover those people from your crew who will be participating.

Cruise Fee
This fee pays for minor overhead and fixed costs for the cruise, including paper goods for potluck dinners, promotional costs, and harbor-specific costs. Please buy one ticket per boat.
