VIC'S GALLEY
Vic’s Galley will open on Friday May 24 and will serve a full dinner menu from 5:00-8:30 every Friday until Decommissioning. We thank you for your enthusiasm supporting our BYC dining experience. Last year we encountered heavy demand at certain times and not enough servers or kitchen capacity to handle all the orders in a timely manner. To improve wait times we’re implementing a few changes.
Vic is planning an additional server and improved training. Your House team also has created an online table reservation system to manage the number of people ordering dinner during peak hours. We will still have “walkin” seating, but to guarantee your seating time, please pre-register on the event registration section of our website for an available seating time. When you arrive, there will be a BYC host/hostess with your table number. Menus and specials will be posted in the Monday morning emails.
We will start taking reservations on the Monday prior to a Friday dinner.
